We need a full-time APP in our Eastowne clinic to see Hospital Follow Up and also Dysautonomia patients. While Hospital Follow Up appointments are expected to fill 60-80% of this clinicians schedule, the ideal candidate will also have an interest in / passion for the Dysautonomia (including POTS) patient population.
