24/7 Flex Coverage for Cardiac Care Inpatient Unit at Jersey Shore UMC, part of Hackensack Meridian Health in Neptune, N.J. Flexible shifts (12-13 hrs or 8 hours) Full Time (40 hrs/week) Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistants can apply The Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant performs the role utilizing the patient-centered coordinated care model demonstrated through the following competencies: leadership, direct clinical practice, consultation/collaboration, coaching/guiding, research, and ethical decision making. Works collaboratively with other members of the practice/hospital team to assess, plan and implement care for individuals with health and safety needs. 24/7 Coverage model for Cardiac Care ICU at JSUMC.
