Cardiac Device Tech PRN
JOB SUMMARYThe Cardiac Device Tech 1 performs a variety of functions related to implanted cardiac device management, such as ICD, Pacemaker and ILR evaluations for outpatients, inpatient and procedure areas. Performs pacemaker parameter testing and remote monitoring, including the interpretation of data and recognition of potential life threatening cardiac irregularities that require referral to EP or Cardiology Service. This position is also responsible for ensuring that patients and their families are well-educated and are provided the necessary instructions for monitoring and follow up.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE
