Baptist Heart Specialists is seeking a Nurse PractitionerPhysician AssistantBaptist Heart Specialists at Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville Downtown University Clinic location or to join our growing practice in General Cardiology at. The selected Advanced Practice Provider would provide the link between both inpatient and outpatient care as a member of the Baptist Health team.

• Monday - Friday clinic 8am-5pm - Baptist Heart Specialists - University - 11236 Baptist Health Drive, Suite 310, Jacksonville, FL 32218
• Plus Weekend rotation - Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville - 800 Prudential Dr, Jacksonville, FL 32207
