Nemours Children's Hospital in Wilmington, Delaware is hiring a Pediatric Cardiovascular Surgery APP. The incumbent will provide independent and collaborative care as a member of the Cardiology team for pediatric patients requiring cardiac surgery. This role includes care from the pre-operative to post-operative period. This provider will also provide patient education and contribute to care coordination for patients undergoing cardiac surgery. In addition, this provider will provide patient care to patients in general cardiology clinic. As a professional team member, the cardiac surgery advanced practice provider identifies opportunities to improve services, makes recommendations, and implements actions to promote consistency with high quality patient care.
