Description UNC Health Cardiology at Chatham Park is looking for a Cardiology APP (FNP/PA) UNC Physicians Network?s goal is to treat our patients like family by providing the highest quality of care and treatment. We are looking for an APP that embodies that philosophy! Our team in Cardiology specializes in the following: Services: ?Non-invasive, general Cardiology ?Participate in the care for patients in an outpatient clinic in conjunction with physicians ?Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests ?Plan and coordinate follow-up with patients ?Provide routine diagnostic, therapeutic and preventative care ?Educate patients about preventative care, medical issues and use of prescribed medications
