JOB SUMMARYThe Operating Room (OR) Scheduling Coordinator 2 maintains the master list of OR schedule as well as Anesthesiology coverage. Schedules surgical patients when necessary and assists other departments in the hospital to schedule surgical time and relay patient information appropriately to the staff in Surgical Services and the Day Surgery Unit. Makes any needed changes to the schedule and contacts appropriate departments.
