Position SummaryOur amazing Cardiology Clinic has an immediate opening for an experienced Cardiology nurse! This is a rare opportunity to work alongside the best cardiologists in the country, and this role will be primarily supporting the Pulmonary Hypertension Clinic. The incumbent will be meeting with patients once a month on a Tuesday/Wednesday, you will be working alongside the provider, as he/she assesses the patient for an initial consultation or a follow up visit. Incumbent will be responsible for all the care coordination, creating orders for doctor to review/sign as a result of the appointment, scheduling additional testing for patient, etc. This position is M - F, 8:30 AM - 5 PM, no exception.
