Atlantic Health System's Outpatient Cardiac Rehab Department is seeking a dedicated Exercise Physiologist to join our successful cardiac rehab team at Morristown Medical Center. The Exercise Physiologist will be responsible for the following: 1. The initial assessment and treatment plan design of both our outpatient cardiac rehab and Supervised Exercise Therapy for Peripheral Artery Disease patients. 2. Provides supervision of low through high-risk populations. 3. Maintains appropriate exercise guidance to aid in optimal patient outcomes. 4. Ability to identify signs and symptoms to provide safe and effective environment. 5.Understanding of appropriate physiological changes during cardiac rehab sessions
