This role oversees the Cardiology departments at Newton Medical Center and Hackettstown Medical Center including the NMC Cath Lab/Non-Invasive Cardiology departments and the HMC Non-Invasive Cardiology departments. Principal Accountabilities:Manages all personnel in the cardiology departments in the Western Region in the performance of invasive/non-invasive procedures. People-Creates a working environment that promotes positive employee engagement, adherence to company policies, effective communications, collaboration, innovation, optimal productivity, and continuous learning. Reviews daily scheduled procedures to ensure the appropriate resources and competent staffing levels are in place as well as on call coverage.Reports to the Car
