Schedule:
Rotate shifts, 3 days a week (Monday-Friday)
On call-2 days a week every month
Shift:
7:30-5:00pm
3 x 9 hour shifts
$2500 Sign on Bonus
Location: Shawnee Mission, will also go to Lansing quite frequently.

The role you’ll contribute:
The Cardiac Sonographer performs non-invasive diagnostic echocardiographic procedures at a technical level that requires independent judgment with ingenuity and initiative to support the physician in the diagnosis of heart disease.

Attends staff meetings to remain up to date with department/hospital policies and procedures.
Maintains records of educational requirements for ICAEL and cardiac registry.
Cleans and restocks echo procedure room to prepare for each patient, disinfects echo transducers, machine, and bed after each use.
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
High School graduate
BCLS obtained through the American Heart Association
Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) OR Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) (New graduates have one year from date of graduation to acquire)
