Overview
Atlantic Health is Seeking a Nurse Practitioner for a Great Opportunity in the Western Region
Atlantic Health, one of New Jersey's largest non-profit healthcare networks, is seeking an Advanced Practice Clinician to join the Department of Cardiology at Hackettstown Medical Center and Newton Medical Center. Our growing team consists of highly skilled cardiologists who provides a wide range of non-invasive and minimally invasive diagnostic procedures.
The primary role of the Nurse Practitioner is to work collaboratively with the cardiology team and provide immediate support by performing testing procedures (stress, nuclear) at the hospital as well as seeing predominantly follow-up patients at the hospital and outpatient offices. The ideal candidate will bring a positive and caring attitude, excellent communication skills, clinical expertise, and previous experience in a fast-paced practice, hospital service or with stress testing environment.
Qualifications
- Master's degree required
- Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in New Jersey
- ACLS and BLS required
- Minimum of 1-2 years cardiology experience as a NP
- Must have excellent communication and computer skills
- Strong work ethic and a team player who can work independently
