Records electromotive variations in action of heart muscle by using electrocardiograph machine to provide data for diagnosis of heart ailments.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLECompletes all necessary steps to acquire and process electrocardiograms.Explains test procedures as needed to prepare patients for the process and to provide them with the necessary functions.Utilizes all equipment associated with EKG procedures properly and records the necessary information accurately to obtain high quality results.Monitors heart rates, arrhythmias and blood pressure under
