OverviewSt. Luke's Health System in Meridian is seeking a Supervisor Nursing to join our SL Idaho Cardiology Associates team. The Nursing Supervisor provides direct nursing leadership for clinical staff, ensures optimal communication between management and clinical needs, and provides a channel for best practice implementation. Day Hours / Monday - Friday or four 10 hour shifts per week.Responsibilities Provides day-to-day oversight of the unit/department(s) assigned. Provides leadership, guidance, counseling and continuing education to staff. Will select, develop, coach, mentor, and assess performance of staff. Works with staff to promote resolution of conf
