San Juan Regional Heart Center in Farmington, New Mexico is recruiting a BC/BE Invasive-Interventional Cardiologist to provide comprehensive services to the Four Corners region. The Heart Center group includes Cardiology and Pulmonary Critical Care, with supporting Advanced Practice Providers. Strong program support from referring and regional PCP.

Smith started an eight-bed hospital so patients in San Juan County, New Mexico would not have to travel the treacherous 50 miles to Mercy Hospital in Durango, Colorado. As years passed, community members and staff gave their own money to buy supplies for the hospital to keep it growing and grow it did, from eight beds in 1910 to the 194 beds that exist today.
