The Care Partner on 7 Medical Center East, the Covid Unit, assists with the delivery of patient care and maintenance of unit environmental standards under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
There is a $5,000 sign on bonus for eligible new full time hires. Rehires who have worked for VUMC in a full-time job in the past year would not be eligible for the signing bonus. PRN and all rehires are eligible for the signing bonus after the 1 year waiting period
On the VAD & Heart Transplant Unit cared for adult patients who required ventricular assist devices (VADs), heart transplants, total artificial hearts, pre- and post-coronary artery bypass and valve surgeries, advanced heart failure, chest pain, arrhythmia, and pre- and post-procedure patients.
The environment on our unit is a friendly, focused on teamwork, and flexible to accommodate our patient's needs.
Full-Time (36 hours); Nights (7p-7a)
