Overview
Morristown Medical Center, a member of Atlantic Health System, is seeking a Full Time Medical Office Associate in the Cardiac Cath Lab to work 1PM-9PM 5x per week with no weekends.
Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
- Candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
- Candidate will be responsible for scheduling cases for MMC and OMC Cath Labs and the EP Lab.
- Must be able to handle high volume of phone calls and work closely with the Charge RN to manage the flow of five-procedure rooms and the holding/receiving area.
- Candidate must have strong computer skills; PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Must be able to multitask, have strong phone etiquette and people skills. Candidate must have a flexible schedule.
Qualifications
Education:
- High School Diploma required, College preferred.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 1-2 years prior experience in an office setting, medical practice or medical office, preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge; Microsoft Word, Excel, Applications. Registration/EPIC experience preferred.
