Morristown Medical Center is seeking a Full-Time Equipment Tech for the Cardiac Services Non-Invasive department working 9-5pm. No weekends or call.

Essential Functions:

• Transport Equipment, set up cases, clean procedural probes and equipment used in Echo Lab and for Transesophageal Echo cases.
• Follow cleaning and storage protocols, follow Infection Prevention Policies.
• Needs to be prompt, strong communicator, consistently check procedure schedules and provide feedback, liaison between the echo lab and procedure areas, professional team player.
• Organized and tidy and able to consistently follow protocols.

Education:

• High School Diploma Required

Experience

• One year hospital experience
• Knowledge of EPIC
• Strong communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Good PC skills
• Able to make decisions in stressful situations
