Intermountain Healthcare (Legacy SCL Health Medical Group)

Your day.

As an Interventional Cardiologist at Saint Joseph Hospital and Lutheran Medical Center, you will work with a dedicated group of Cardiologists to provide top-notch care and patient experience.

Throughout the day you will collaborate with several Advanced Practice Providers and experienced CATH lab staff. You will be a part of 10 highly specialized interventional cardiologists in a group of 53 physicians and APPs. You will also collaborate with Kaiser Permanente and National Jewish Health cardiologists.

• You will split time between Saint Joseph Hospital and Lutheran Medical Center, which are only approximately 20 minutes apart


• Call is 1:4 weeknight and 12 weekends annually covering two hospitals


• In addition to PCI cases, PAD experience would be a plus


• We have a dedicated structural interventionalist, however that program is growing rapidly and may have room for an additional physician with growth

Compensation: our compensation is standard across all Interventional Cardiologists in the Denver area. With our generous base salary and wRVU incentive, earning potential based on current volumes can range from $600,000-$800,000 plus.

• Relocation Bonus of $15,000 (if applicable)

Your experience

• MD/DO required


• Able to obtain a license in the state of Colorado, required


• Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology, required 


• A physician who is an excellent team member and a program builder


• Optional, Interest and experience in building a peripheral program
