Exciting Opportunity for a Cardiology NP/PA in the Four Corners Area

San Juan Regional Heart Center is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide inpatient and outpatient services to our Cardiac patient population in the Four Corners region. SJRMC is an ACC accredited Chest Pain Center with Primary PCI without on-site surgical back up. SJR Heart Center is home to two invasive, non-interventional Cardiologists, three Invasive-Interventional Cardiologists, PRN Electrophysiologist, and three Advance Practice Providers. The successful candidate will have their own patient panel in clinic and work as a physician extender in the hospital.  The current schedule is four 10-hour shifts to include weekends.  There is no overnight call.

You Can Look Forward To:

• Compensation range is $93,000 to $106,000 (based on experience)
• Less than two years of experience (80% of median) = $93,000
• Two or more years of experience (90% of median) = $106,000
• Quality bonus potential
• Professional funds allowance ($2,500) and five days of paid time off for CME (this is in addition to regular paid time off)
• San Juan Independent Practice Association (SJ IPA) paid- dues for credentialing with payors
• Professional Liability Insurance Paid
• Sign on bonus of $5,000
• Relocation reimbursement of up to $5,000 based on allowable receipts provided
