Atlantic Medical Group, part of Atlantic Health System is currently seeking an experienced full time Medical Office Assoicate II for a busyPediatric Cardiology in the Morristown outpatient office.
Hours will be: Vary from 8am to 6pm
no weekend commitment
The MOA II will assume responsibility for front desk duties such as managing phones, checking in patients upon arrival, scheduling and confirming appointments,
Manage registration, collecting co-pays, verifying insurance, scanning documents into the electronic medical record, processing medical records releases and other clerical duties as assigned
High School Diploma or GED required
Prior administrative experience in a physician practice required - preferred pediatric experience
Computer literacy essential
EPIC EMR experience preferred
Strong customer service skills a must
Experience managing high call volume
