St. Lukes Health System in Boise, Idaho is seeking a BC/BE cardiologist fellowship-trained in subspecialty heart failure or with at least 3 years experience in a subspecialty heart failure clinic. Our Joint Commission-accredited multidisciplinary heart failure clinic was established over a decade ago to serve our heart failure patient population. The qualified physician will join a growing outpatient heart failure clinic team of heart failure nurse practitioners and registered nurses supported by dietetic and social work services, patient financial advocacy, a remote patient monitoring telehealth program, and our palliative care department. We partner with a regional tertiary heart failure/heart transplant team, who also provide regional clinic services to our patients.

We are an employed, integrated group of 24 cardiologists and 24 APPs aligned with our physician-led, Idaho-based regional health system. We have a well-established cardiovascular service line that includes a longstanding structural heart program (TAVR, MitraClip); comprehensive EP services including atrial and ventricular ablations, devices and LAA occluders; and superb cardiac, thoracic and vascular surgeons with best-in-class registry outcomes.
