As a manager, you are eligible to participate in the At Risk Compensation (ARC) Plan. As a Clinical Manager CV Services, you need to know how to:
Manage the operation of all technical equipment and the performance of all procedures in the department.
Collaborate with the department management team on program development, operational and capital budget planning, customer satisfaction, patient safety and compliance with regulatory agencies.
Contribute to quality standards, and initiatives that line up with the organizational strategic planning and goals
Hire develop, counsel and manage associates. Maintain effective and appropriate staffing levels, scheduling and cross training to ensure safe, quality patient care. Provide communication among associates and physicians.

Bachelor’s Degree required.
Current licensure, registry, or certification in the clinical field, required
Minimum of three (3) years of relevant clinical experience, required
Registered Nurse in MT preferred
Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association, required; ACLS certification, preferred
