| Penn State Health St. Joseph Regional Health Network is hiring for an RN on our 2 North (Medical/Surgical/Cardiac) Unit Location: US:PA:Reading Work Type: Full Time FTE: 0.9 Shift: Nights Hours: 7pm-7am Recruiter Contact: Patty Shipton at pshipton@pennstatehealth.psu.edu JOB SUMMARY: The RN Registered Nurse incorporates knowledge of the nursing process and the professional standards of nursing in daily practice. Applies knowledge of growth and development to perform detailed assignments/interventions. The RN Registered Nurse provides consistent care based on the changing physical and psychosocial needs, unique to the patient. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: - Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
- Experience: 6 months RN Registered Nurse experience required.
License/Certification: - Active RN license in the state.
- BLS required.
- ACLS required on telemetry units within 12 months.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Six months cardiac RN Registered Nurse experience preferred.
